Centralia, Wash. — The Port of Centralia announced that it has signed a 10-year lease with Beacon Building Products (BECN) to occupy 2000 Northpark Drive. Beacon Roofing Supply is the largest publicly traded distributor of roofing materials and complementary products in North America with over 7,000 employees and 500 locations. Beacon is a leading provider of commercial and residential roofing, siding, windows, decking, insulation, specialty lumber, waterproofing and air barrier systems. The company is ranked #449 in the 2023 Fortune 500 list.

Port of Centralia President Kyle Markstrom stated, “The Port would like to thank Beacon Building Products for the decision to invest here in Centralia. We are confident that Beacon will prove to be a great employer and a valuable asset in our community.”

Founded in 1986, the Port of Centralia operates two industrial parks and one planned mixed-use development that provide over 2,100 jobs to the local community. The Port’s over 30 tenants include Sierra Pacific Industries, Walmart, UNFI and Dick’s Brewing Company.
