NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY AND REQUEST FOR BIDS TO PURCHASE SURPLUS PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the Port of Centralia has declared as surplus property one 1,536 sq. ft. residence with one 572 sq. ft. attached garage located at 1010 Long Road, Centralia, Washington. The Port of Centralia will accept sealed bids at its office at 3508 Galvin Road, Centralia, Washington, until 12:00 PM September 27, 2017, for the sale of said buildings. A minimum bid of $0 has been set by the Port of Centralia on the above-described property which is being sold “AS-IS” with no warranties of any kind. Said buildings must be removed at the successful bidder’s sole expense by not later than 120 days from the date of award. Inspection of the above property can be arranged by calling the Port office at (360) 736-3527.
